Our location was excellent and very suitable for ice carving demonstrations. We took advantage of this and staged several ice demonstrations, including a full scale competition ice sculpture assembled on site, followed by a judging seminar.

We had a great turn out of chefs, students, business owners and those new to the industry at this years Trade Show.
