Executive Chef Barker is Chairman of the Mid-South NICA chapter, and has been a member of NICA since 1996.  He has been carving ice for eighteen years all over the Mid-South.  He can create any sort of custom ice sculpture that meets your needs, such as  ice sculptures for buffets, weddings, or any type of  festival or event.  He will cater to individual needs, including specific design requests and logo duplication for corporate parties.  He can create almost anything imagined out of Ice.  He specializes in one-of-a-kind ice sculptures, and can also perform carving demonstrations.   All pieces are created by hand with meticulous attention to detail.  His goal is to provide you with the highest quality ice sculptures and prompt service at competitive prices.
