Bible Scene Three Blocks

The piece tells a good story. The bible was open and there was an insert written onto the pages. Jesus had a large and impressive overhang, which helped make the piece.

Fact:

This piece was carved by Greg Butauski at the NICC where it scored a solid silver medal. He was inspired to carve this by religious reason (for his parents). He had also just taken Steve Brice’s class on carving heads and hands.
