Tools for Engraving logos

Router

Use a small router.  This allows me high visibility to follow my template lines.  This will allow you to easily do back fill logos at a consistent depth.  You can also layer colors in by changing the depth.

Water bag

A plastic bag filled with warm water is a great way to seal your logo.  Simply lay down your engraved surface and rub the water bag over and this will allow melting water to fill in the snow-fill gaps and ice over the entire engraving.

Dremel

Dremel with a needle bit or ice needle (1/8” pointed tip) works great for small letters and for tracing the template on to the ice
